Application Procedure
Tecnocoat pure/hybrid polyureas and tecnofoam polyurethane are applied on a well prepared and primed surfaces -Tecnofoam without primer possible with our Application unit TC 2049 proportionar which comes with preconfigured application parameters. Desmopol and Tecnofloor can be applied by airless machine multilayer, roller and selflevelling procedures.

ABOUT POLYUREA
Polyurea materials have two components: the isocyanates quasi-prepolymer and a resin blend. The resin blend is a combination of amine-terminated chain extenders. Unlike polyurethanes, no polyols are used in the manufacture of polyurea resins. When the materials are mixed together in the application equipment, the isocyanates and the amine resins react to form a urea linkage
Hybrid polyurea membreane is the result of binding of diisocyanates and amiens and also polyols.
Applications of pure or hybrid polyureas are in close consultation with our customers to provide suitable solutions to their individual requirements.
ABOUT Tecnocoat p2049
Tecnocoat p2049 is a two component aromatic pure polyurea which one applied provides a seamless waterproof covering, without joints and completely adherent to the surface which id highly resistent to wear and abrasion as well as to any contact with chemical products dry to touching in 5 seconds it can be ready for vehicle trafic in less than 3 hrs.

ABOUT TECNOFOAM
TECNOFOAM is a range of polyurethane foams specially designed to be applied (injection or projection) on residential, commercial and industrial construction projects in order to improve the thermal insulation behavior. The range of densities or performances available is designed to cover all of your specific requirements.
All the Tecnofoam range must be applied using specific equipment (TC-2049 or similar)in order to mix properly both components:
